·     Standard Refundable*  E-tickets are non-cancelable by the passenger & are only refundable if the flight was cancelled due to weather or other safety conditions. Passengers have the option to rebook their flight at a later date. For flights canceled due to weather or other safety concerns, refund request's must be made in writing to info@azballoon.com

·  Non-Refundable*  E-tickets are not refundable by passenger request or due to weather or other safety conditions. Passenger has 6 months from the date of purchase to reschedule flights canceled due to weather conditions or other safety factors. No Refunds.
